“I requested the drywall after 9pm. By 6am the next morning, I had been contacted; and that afternoon, arrangements were made to complete the job. Santiago and his partner came in rebuilt and patched the area in two hours. The next morning he sanded and painted the area in 30 minutes. In less than 24 hours, the walls were patched and painted. He communicates with you regarding his eta, hiccups that may occur and overall great problem solver. Having mold is very worrisome and let’s face it, who wants to live in a house with mold?! Santiago was able to remediate it, sanitized everything, did extra patch work on my ac duct, cleaned all the air ducts, sealed some lights in my bathroom and totally went the extra mile.
